The charge and discharge reaction of the LiFePO4 Battery Pack is carried out between the two phases of LiFePO4 and FePO4. During the charging process, LiFePO4 gradually breaks away from lithium ions to form FePO4, and during the discharging process, lithium ions intercalate into FePO4 to form LiFePO4. When LiFePO4 Battery Pack is charging, lithium ions migrate from the lithium iron phosphate crystal to the crystal surface, enter the electrolyte under the action of the electric field force, and then pass through the diaphragm. Then it migrates to the surface of the graphite crystal through the electrolyte and then embeds in the graphite lattice. At the same time, electrons flow to the aluminum foil collector of the positive electrode through the conductor and flow to the copper foil collector of the negative electrode of the LiFePO4 Battery Pack through the tab, the positive pole of the lithium battery, the external circuit, the pole of the negative pole, and the tab of the negative pole. Then it flows to the graphite negative electrode through the conductor, so that the charge of the negative electrode can be balanced. After lithium ions are deintercalated from lithium iron phosphate, lithium iron phosphate is converted into iron phosphate. When the LiFePO4 Battery Pack is discharged, lithium ions are deintercalated from the graphite crystal and enter the electrolyte. Then it passes through the separator, migrates to the surface of the lithium iron phosphate crystal through the electrolyte, and then re-embeds into the lattice of lithium iron phosphate.
